Terms of Use
Last Updated: July 13, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Magic Clipper website, browser extension, and related services. By using Magic Clipper, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Magic Clipper extracts useful content from a web page you choose, prepares a Capture Draft and property suggestions, and creates an entry in a Notion destination only after you confirm it. You choose which Notion pages and databases to share with the integration.
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for your account, your browser, and activity performed through them.
Your content and responsibilities
You keep ownership of the URLs, source material, edits, and Notion content you provide. You give us only the limited permission needed to process that material and operate the service.
You agree not to use Magic Clipper to:
- break the law or violate another person's rights;
- capture or send content you do not have permission or a lawful right to process;
- upload malware, bypass security, or access another user's account;
- overload, probe, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service, except where the law expressly allows it; or
- resell or misuse the service in a way it was not designed for.
You are responsible for reviewing each Capture Draft and property suggestion before confirmation and for complying with the source website's terms, privacy rights, and copyright rules.
Plans, payments, and cancellation
Magic Clipper may offer free and paid plans with the prices, billing periods, and capture limits shown in the service. We may change plans or prices prospectively, with notice where required.
Polar is the merchant of record for paid plans. A Premium subscription renews for the monthly or annual period you select until canceled. You can manage or cancel it through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect under the terms shown at checkout. Taxes, payment processing, refunds, and billing disputes are handled under the Polar Buyer Terms and Polar Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
Magic Clipper depends on third-party services, including Notion, Polar, Vercel Analytics, and Vercel AI Gateway and its model providers. Their availability and handling of information are governed by their own terms and policies, including Notion's policies. We are not responsible for changes to or outages of services we do not control.
Availability and warranties
We work to keep Magic Clipper useful and secure, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Extracted content and AI-assisted suggestions may be incomplete or wrong, and captures may fail because source websites or third-party services change. Keep your own copies of important content.
To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Suspension, ending use, and changes
You may stop using Magic Clipper and revoke its Notion access at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, create security or legal risk, or fail to pay for a paid plan. We may also change or discontinue features.
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the new version here, update the date above, and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
